Terms and conditions

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you use the ZenG app and website (“ZenG”), provided by Snaptiks, Cairo, Egypt (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You need an account to use ZenG. You sign in with Apple, Google or an email code, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these terms.
  • Give accurate information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.

2. Credits, free plan and passes

  • ZenG works with credits. Each AI model shows how many credits a message, picture, video or file uses before you send it.
  • The free plan gives a number of free credits each day. Free credits refill daily at midnight Cairo time and do not roll over.
  • A pass adds a set number of credits for a set time (for example 100 credits for 3 days). Credits from a pass end when its time ends, whether used or not.
  • Passes are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, can only be used in ZenG, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except as described in the refund policy.
  • If a message fails because of the AI model or our service, the credits for that message are returned automatically.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) in the app and on our pricing page before you pay.
  • We may change prices and passes at any time; a change never affects a pass you have already bought.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers (in the iPhone app, Apple). We do not store your card details.
  • A pass is activated only after the payment is confirmed.

4. Using AI responsibly

  • AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and don’t rely on ZenG for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
  • Don’t use ZenG to break the law, harm or harass others, create sexual content involving minors, create content that infringes others’ rights, spread malware, or deceive people (for example fake documents or impersonation).
  • Don’t try to get around limits, overload the service, or resell access to ZenG.
  • The AI models are provided by third-party companies, and their usage rules also apply. We may change which models are offered.

5. Your content

  • You keep the rights you have to what you send to ZenG and, as far as the law and the model providers allow, to what ZenG creates for you.
  • You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the service to you (for example, to send your message to the AI model and save your chats).
  • You are responsible for how you use what ZenG creates, including checking that you may use it commercially.

6. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. If we close an account without a breach on your side, we will refund the unused part of an active pass.

7. Service availability

We work to keep ZenG available and fast, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, especially since it depends on outside AI providers. We may add, change or remove features.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ZenG is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use ZenG after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem; otherwise, the courts of Cairo will handle disputes.
